About Ginette
I am Ginette Seelen (1979), an experienced quality professional with a strong focus on mapping and optimizing processes, as well as setting up and maintaining quality, safety, and environmental management systems.
After completing my studies in chemistry, I began my career as an administrative assistant at an online pharmacy. In my next role at a manufacturing company, I became involved in quality management, where I was responsible for quality reporting, customer contacts, and the reuse of rejected products.
I then worked for seven years at an American engineering firm, six of those years as Quality and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Manager and one year as a project manager. During this time, I completed the training to become a Higher Safety Specialist (HVK) / Prevention Advisor Level 1.
Looking for a new challenge, I took on the role of Quality Manager at a large energy company, where I was involved in projects related to solar, bio, hydro, and wind energy.
As an external auditor, I have audited various companies in the construction and infrastructure sector, as well as consulting and engineering firms, for compliance with ISO 9001, VCA*/VCA**/VCA-P, and the Safety Culture Ladder (SCL).
The last six years before starting my own business, I worked as an CSR Manager and QHSE Advisor at a group of construction and real estate development companies.
In my spare time, I enjoy walking in nature, from forests to mountains, and I love good food. I am also creative with my sewing machine, primarily making clothes.
